(Exemption) (No. 21)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts the Singapore Food Manufacturers’ Association (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “SFMA 50th Anniversary Corporate Social Project Fundraising” event to be held from 26 May 2017 to 30 May 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the “Sure Win Lucky Dip” draw to be held at the Singapore Expo Hall 4 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily from 26 May 2017 to 30 May 2017 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
