Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Festival Square Circle Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the SCS Great Singapore Duck Race 2007 promotion from 20th June 2007 to 26th August 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the race on 9th September 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Festival Square Circle Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 20th June 2007.
