(Exemption) (No. 32)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2016.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Mystery Multiplier” promotion to be held from 1 July 2016 to 11 September 2016 (both dates inclusive) at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
