(Exemption) (No. 2)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Wonders of Marina Bay Sands” promotion to be held from 4th January 2013 to 4th December 2014 (both dates inclusive) and the “Instant Win to Spin” kiosk games to be held daily from 10 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. within the integrated resort of Marina Bay Sands during the following periods:

(a)	from 4th January 2013 to 28th February 2013 (both dates inclusive);
(b)	from 5th April 2013 to 30th May 2013 (both dates inclusive);
(c)	from 12th July 2013 to 5th September 2013 (both dates inclusive);
(d)	from 11th October 2013 to 5th December 2013 (both dates inclusive);
(e)	from 10th January 2014 to 6th March 2014 (both dates inclusive);
(f)	from 11th April 2014 to 5th June 2014 (both dates inclusive);
(g)	from 11th July 2014 to 4th September 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(h)	from 10th October 2014 to 4th December 2014 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
