(Exemption) (No. 22)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Match & Win Customer Promotion” to be held from 4th July 2012 to 30th November 2012 (both dates inclusive) (referred to in this paragraph as the relevant period); and
(b)the lotteries to be held, as part of the “Match & Win Customer Promotion” during the relevant period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
