Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 20) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 20) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Laxton Marketing Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Singapore Corporate Rugby Sevens 2009” event and the draw on 4th July 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Laxton Marketing Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 2nd July 2009.
