Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Environment Agency from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Hawker Food Challenge promotion from 29th June 2007 to 31st July 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 3rd August 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Environment Agency with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 29th June 2007.
