(Exemption) (No. 26)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2018.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Premium Multiplier” promotion to be held from 31 May 2018 to 2 July 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the kiosk games to be held as part of that promotion at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks located inside the Paiza APEX Slots, Ruby Room, Paiza APEX Palace and Paiza APEX Salon, which are located on level 2 of the casino premises at Marina Bay Sands, starting at 6 a.m. on 4 June 2018 and ending at 5.59 a.m. on 2 July 2018.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
