(Exemption) (No. 27)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2018.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Marina Bay Sands Top 500 — Multiply Your Rewards (June 2018)” promotion to be held from 31 May 2018 to 26 August 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the “Top 500 Redemption Counter” located inside the Paiza APEX Palace (Level 2) within the casino premises at Marina Bay Sands from 12 noon to 11.59 p.m. on the following dates:
(i)23 June 2018 and 24 June 2018;
(ii)25 August 2018 and 26 August 2018.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
