(Exemption) (No. 21)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Unlock the Vault” promotion to be held on Mondays to Fridays, from 4th August 2011 to 30th June 2012 (both dates inclusive), at the Promotion & Event Booth within the premises of the Casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st June 2011.
