Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 8) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 8) Notification 2003.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Recreation Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the 2nd Ambassador SRC Charity Soccer Fiesta promotion to be held from 11th July 2003 to 6th September 2003 (both dates inclusive) and the 2nd Ambassador SRC Charity Soccer Fiesta Draw to be held on 6th September 2003.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Recreation Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 16th July 2003.
