Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 16) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 16) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the School of Business, Singapore Polytechnic from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Young Entrepreneurship Challenge and National Entrepreneurship Convention promotion and the draw on 1st August 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the School of Business, Singapore Polytechnic with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 9th July 2007.
