Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 23) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 23) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Royal Plaza on Scotts from the provisions of the Act in respect of “Motor Racing Charity Lucky Draw” promotion from 5th August 2008 to 29th September 2008 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 30th September 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Royal Plaza on Scotts with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th August 2008.
