(Exemption) (No. 34)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 34) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “6 Star Kiosk Game” promotion to be held from 20 July 2017 to 15 October 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the kiosk games to be held as part of that promotion at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino at Marina Bay Sands daily from 6 a.m. on 18 September 2017 to 5.59 a.m. on 15 October 2017.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
