Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2006.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Capital Events Private Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Betfair Asian Poker Tour (Singapore) to be held from 12th November 2006 to 18th November 2006 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Capital Events Private Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th July 2006.
