Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 18) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 18) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Warren Golf and Country Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Warren Charity Open 2007 promotion from 20th August 2007 to 21st October 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 21st October 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Warren Golf and Country Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 3rd August 2007.
