(Exemption) (No. 31)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 31) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Guess the Emirates Singapore Derby Years of Running” contest to be held on 14th July 2013 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and the draw to be held on 16th July 2013 at 10.30 a.m. at the Casuarina Room (Grandstand Level 4) of the Singapore Racecourse.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
