(Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Embrace Dyslexia, Unlock Potential” promotion to be held at the Harbourfront Cruise and Ferry Terminal and the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal from 9 July 2015 to 30 October 2015 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held at the Singapore Cruise Centre on 30 October 2015 at 5 p.m.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
