(Exemption) (No. 44)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 44) Notification 2016.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)“The Launch of Premium Lounge” promotion to be held on 8 September 2016;
(b)the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Premium Lounge (Level B1M) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore in 6 sessions between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. on 8 September 2016; and
(c)the “Grand Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Premium Lounge (Level B1M) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 10.08 p.m. on 8 September 2016.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
