Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2005.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Kidney Foundation from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the NKF Cancer Show 2005 promotion to be held from 22nd June 2005 to 17th July 2005 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draws specified in the Schedule.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Kidney Foundation with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 6th June 2005.
