(Chapter 49)
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 30) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 30) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “E-Connect Web Drawing” promotion to be held from 16th August 2010 to 1st November 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on the following dates:
(a)16th, 23rd and 30th August 2010;
(b)6th, 13th, 20th and 27th September 2010;
(c)4th, 11th, 18th and 25th October 2010; and
(d)1st November 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 5th August 2010.
