(Exemption) (No. 35)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “2015 National Day Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 15 July 2015 to 9 August 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held in 3 sessions hourly from 10 p.m. to 12 midnight on 7 August 2015, 8 August 2015 and 9 August 2015, respectively, at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
