(Exemption) (No. 27)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Lucky Draw Promotion for Australian Races” to be held from 6th August 2011 to 28th August 2011 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 9th September 2011 at the Singapore Racecourse.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th August 2011.
