(Exemption) (NO. 28)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 28) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Royal Plaza from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Charity Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 16th August 2011 to 25th September 2011 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 26th September 2011 at Royal Plaza on Scotts.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Royal Plaza with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th August 2011.
