Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2005.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Time Inc from the provisions of the Act from 18th August 2005 to 17th August 2008 (both dates inclusive), to print lottery advertisements in the Time magazine and Fortune magazine.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Time Inc with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 14th July 2005.
