Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Jurong Point Realty Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Fund-raising exercise for Pioneer CCC Community Development and Welfare Fund” promotion from 19th September 2008 to 12th October 2008 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Jurong Point Realty Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 17th September 2008.
