Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2003.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Club HDB from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Club HDB Charity Drive FY 2003/2004 promotion to be held from 29th August 2003 to 28th November 2003 (both dates inclusive) and the Club HDB Charity draw on 6th January 2004.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Club HDB with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 6th October 2003.
