Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 23) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 23) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts SAFRA National Service Association from the provisions of the Act in respect of “Charity on the Green Draw, SAFRA 35th Anniversary Golf Tournament” promotion and the draw on 23rd September 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by SAFRA National Service Association with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st September 2007.
