(Exemption) (No. 52)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 52) Notification 2016.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Lucky Autumn Draw” promotion to be held from 14 October 2016 to 30 October 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands in 3 sessions hourly from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on 29 October 2016 and 30 October 2016.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
