(Exemption) (No. 44)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 44) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Lucky Wednesday” promotion to be held from 2 September 2015 to 28 October 2015 (both dates inclusive) (called the relevant period); and
(b)the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Mass Gaming Area of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. in 6 sessions between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. on every Wednesday during the relevant period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
