(Exemption) (No. 45)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 45) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Joo Chiat Community Centre Active Ageing Committee (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Active Agers’ Mind Game Exchange 2015” promotion to be held from 14 September 2015 to 21 November 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the mahjong games to be held at the multi-purpose hall of Siglap South Community Centre from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on 21 November 2015.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
