(Exemption) (No. 42)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 42) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts The Japanese Association, Singapore (called in this Notification the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Charity Draw 2017” promotion to be held from 14 September 2017 to 25 November 2017 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held at the premises of the organiser at 1.15 p.m. on 25 November 2017.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
