Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 27) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Golden Chance Draw” promotion on 8th November 2009 and the draw on 9th November 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 22nd October 2009.
