(Exemption) (No. 11)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 11) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2014” event to be held from 3rd February 2014 to 17th May 2014 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 18th May 2014 between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the board room of the National Service Resort & Country Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
