(Exemption) (No. 37)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 37) Notification 2011
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Scratch & Win Promotion for Hong Kong Races” event to be held from 1st October 2011 to 16th October 2011 (both dates inclusive) at the Singapore Racecourse and 17 off-course betting centres and outlets.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
