(Exemption) (No. 47)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 47) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Treasure Kingdom” promotion to be held from 13 October 2017 to 15 October 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Instant Win Rewards Kiosk Game” to be held as part of that promotion within the premises of the casino at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore from 12.01 a.m. on 13 October 2017 to 11.59 p.m. on 15 October 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
