Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 38) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 38) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Rolling Riches” promotion to be held from 18th October 2010 to 18th November 2010 (both dates inclusive) (referred to in this paragraph as the relevant period) and the hourly draws to be held at the Mass Gaming Floor at B2M of the casino operated by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. on Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., respectively, during the relevant period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 15th October 2010.
