(Exemption) (No. 46)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 46) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Teck Ghee Active Ageing Committee (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Teck Ghee Active Ageing Mind Game (Mahjong) Challenge 2012” to be held on 12th December 2012 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the multi‑purpose hall of Teck Ghee Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
