(Exemption) (No. 49)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 49) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Rock the Barrel (NYE Edition)” promotion to be held from 17th December 2012 to 1st January 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draws to be held on 1st January 2013 at 1 a.m., 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., respectively, at the Main Casino Floor (B2M) of Marina Bay Sands.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
