Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 49) Notification 2011.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Nee Soon South Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Nee Soon South Community Club Active Ageing Mind Games (Mahjong) Challenge 2012” to be held on 18th March 2012 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Nee Soon South Community Club.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Nee Soon South Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
