Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 45) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 45) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Royal Plaza on Scotts from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Merry Wonderland Charity Lucky Draw” promotion and draw to be held from 18th November 2010 to 3rd January 2011 (both dates inclusive) at the lobby of Royal Plaza on Scotts.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Royal Plaza on Scotts with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 4th November 2010.
