Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Recreation Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the 3rd Ambassadors’ SRC Charity Soccer Fiesta promotion to be held from 16th February 2007 to 10th March 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 10th March 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Recreation Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 16th February 2007.
