(Exemption) (No. 57)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 57) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Fill Your Pot of Gold” promotion to be held from 19th November 2013 to 2nd January 2014 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the kiosk games to be held at all Sands Rewards Club kiosks within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands as part of the “Fill Your Pot of Gold” promotion, from 6 a.m. on each day that is between 5th December 2013 and 1st January 2014 (both dates inclusive) to before 6 a.m. on the following day that is no later than 2nd January 2014.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
