(Exemption) (No. 42)
Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 42) Notification 2018.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Super Hot Seat Draw (Within Ruby Dragon Baccarat Tournament — Halloween Edition)” promotion to be held from 27 October 2018 to 31 October 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the “Super Hot Seat Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at Pit 153, Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily from 27 October 2018 to 31 October 2018 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
