(Exemption) (No. 58)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 58) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “3D Prosperity” promotion to be held from 15 December 2017 to 2 March 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale BarTM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 8 p.m. daily from 16 February 2018 to 2 March 2018 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
