(Exemption) (No. 59)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 59) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Ang Bao Treasure” promotion to be held from 15 December 2017 to 24 February 2018 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)the “Ang Bao Treasure Instant Win” to be held as part of that promotion at the Maxims Club (Level B1M) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore from 8 p.m. to 11.59 p.m. on the following dates:
(i)20 February 2018 and 21 February 2018;
(ii)23 February 2018 and 24 February 2018.

(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
