(Exemption) (No. 70)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 70) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Santa’s Great Gift‑Away” promotion to be held from 2 December 2015 to 26 December 2015 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the draws to be held —

(i)	as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands; and
(ii)	5 sessions hourly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on 24 December 2015, 25 December 2015 and 26 December 2015, respectively.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
