Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 16) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 16) Notification 2004.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Kampong Ubi Citizens’ Consultative Committee of Kampong Ubi Community Centre from the provisions of the Act in respect of Kampong Ubi Hari Raya Bazaar Charity Drive 2004 to be held from 15th October 2004 to 31st December 2004 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 2nd January 2005.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Kampong Ubi Citizens’ Consultative Committee of Kampong Ubi Community Centre with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 9th December 2004.
