Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2005.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Heart Foundation from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Affairs of the Heart 2005 Charity Show promotion from 7th November 2005 to 6th January 2006 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 18th December 2005 and 11th January 2006.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Heart Foundation with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 6th December 2005.
