Contact Lens Practitioners Act
(Chapter 53A)
Exemption
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 23(1) of the Contact Lens Practitioners Act, the Minister for Health has, with effect from 1st February 1996, exempted from the provisions of the Act and any regulations made thereunder all registered medical practitioners who are Fellows of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, enrolled on its Roll of Specialists in Ophthalmology.
